New Music Friday: July 15, 2022

It has always been Erin & Caitie’s mission at Music on The Move Studios to not just let those who come into their orbit be passing ships in the night, never to be heard from again.

They want to create COMMUNITY!

In a new segment simply titled “New Music Friday,” they’ll be sharing new releases from the artists who have been featured on the showcases and our Paradox Jukebox podcast!

This week:

Cat Stone released an emotional and beautifully written ballad called “Who I Was (Montana Memories),” highlighting the journey of a loved one going through dementia. Inspired by her own grandparents’ love story, “Who I Was (Montana Memories)” kindly asks the listener to remember that, even though it can seem that our loved ones are slowly slipping away and “might not remember who (they are), don’t forget (them) for who (they were).”

Also releasing new music this week is our very own co-founder, Erin McLendon! In a complete turn of tone from “Montana Memories,” Erin released a single titled “Sunday Crowd” for “anyone and everyone who’s ever been to a small-town church.” The upbeat tune sassily pokes fun at the crowd you meet at a small-town church, and while they’re all concealing their own secrets, they’re all singing “Hallelujah” together!

Stay tuned every Friday for more features in our community, and stay in-the-know by signing up for our mailing list!
