Feature Friday: Kate Radecke
Welcome Kate Radecke, the newest member of the Music on the Move team, joining as our Executive Assistant & Head of Content Creation!
Kate, K.Rad, Katie -- just don't call her Kathy! Kate Radecke answers to many names and wears many hats, and the driving force behind it all is her unending passion for music and the community.
Splitting her time between Nashville and Michigan, she utilizes her background in Marketing & New Media while working with us, and is also a member of the Works Registration team at BMI. She may even do a couple features on PRO's and licensing in the future, here on the blog!
In addition to helping other artists and musicians, Kate is also a singer-songwriter, mainly in the pop-rock genre. She's an avid fan of Stevie Nicks, Alanis Morissette, and My Chemical Romance, whose influences you can hear in her own tunes. Catch her over a cup of coffee, though, and she could talk with you for hours gushing over any and all music. From Grateful Dead or Phish, to Bowie or T.Rex, to Reba, Charlie Parker, or even Mozart, she listens to and loves it all!
